1. General

Welcome to LucyBCard ("the Site"). The Site is operated by LucyBCard Ltd. ("the Company"). By using this site and placing orders, you agree to these terms in full.

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

LucyBCard provides custom-designed premium PVC business cards, printed per customer specifications.

3. Order Process

A confirmation email is sent after checkout. The Company may request additional design approval before production.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store credit card information.

Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of order placement applies.

5. Production & Shipping

Production: 3–6 business days after design approval. Shipping: up to 3 weeks — depends on location and shipping method. Tracking number sent automatically by email.

Express production and express shipping available at additional cost. The Company is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Intellectual Property

All site design, logos, content, and software are property of the Company or its licensors. Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded designs do not infringe third-party copyrights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company strives for high-quality output but is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Defective products will be replaced per the returns policy.
