Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Products
LucyBCard products are custom-printed business cards made to your design specifications. Due to their personalized nature, our return policy differs from standard retail products.
2. Cancellation Before Production
You may cancel and receive a full refund if:
- Cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order
- The order has not yet entered production
- A cancellation request is sent in writing to info@lucybcard.com
Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
3. After Production Begins
Since products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Returns of correctly manufactured products are not accepted.
4. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrectly manufactured product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lucybcard.com
- Include photos of the defect
- We will evaluate each case and offer a replacement or credit
Production defects include: printing errors, significantly wrong colors, physical damage from manufacturing.
Not covered: errors in customer-approved designs, minor color differences between screen and print.
5. Design Changes
Design changes are free before proof approval. After approval, changes require a new order.
6. Lost Shipments
- We will check the status with the shipping carrier
- If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement order
- We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays
